SHIPPING and Returns
We want to make sure your soap order makes it to you! All soap orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of order placement. Shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Shipping is dependent upon the size and weight of the package as well as where it is shipped to.
If your order isn’t right, please contact us at TheSisters@SoapSistersPNW.com within 7 days of delivery. We will reply to your message within 2 business days and work together to find a solution. Prior authorization is required for returns. Returns are given store credit. Customers pay shipping charges.
Damages and Shipping Issues: Please make sure your items arrived in good order and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit or if the product is faulty or the order is incorrect. We've got your back! Send us a message, and we'll make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products cannot be returned. Returns are available only for faulty products.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit.
